Air Quality Monitoring

We carry out workplace noise assessments in conjunction with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Control of Noise at Work) Regulations, and advise on their findings.

An initial assessment is made of the work area to identify noise sources. To quantify an operative’s daily noise exposure, Type 1 integrated sound level meters and personal dosimetry is used.

An assessment is made and recommendations given as to the suitability of any hearing protection supplied to ensure that employers do not exceed the exposure limit value and that they are not over protecting their workforce.

We have experience with test methods for emission sources and industrial sectors including the pharmaceutical, wood manufacturing plants, chemical plants, power plants, foundries, food processing plants, service stations, bulk plants and asphalt plants.
